Return & Exchange Policy

Baresi Home Decor is committed to providing our customers with superior quality products. Achieving complete customer service satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. We work diligently with our manufacturing partners to deliver

If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return them within 30 days once received. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. To return items for an exchange or refund, please contact us via email at returns info@bareshihomedecor.com All our items are shipped from multiple warehouses in Europe and therefore, it is important to contact us so that we can provide you with the correct address to send your items.

You may cancel your order without charge. If the order is for a custom item, cancellation must be prior to production. If the order is for a stocked item, cancellation must be prior to shipping. If you refuse delivery after shipping, please keep in mind that your purchase will then be subject to this Return Policy.

Please note that items must be returned in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging.

Returning A Purchase

Please contact our customer service team at returns@baresihomedecor.com to proceed with a refund or exchange.  We require your name, and proof of purchase to issue a refund. 

If your item is damaged during  delivery please send 2 pictures within 24 hours of arrival to returns@baresihomedecor.com.  Our customer service will be happy to help you replace the items as quickly as possible.

Please do not request a chargeback on your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to process your refund request. The refund process may take between 10-15 business days to appear on your credit card. Your patience is deeply appreciated.

Shipping Policy

Covid Update:  Delivery and Returns

Please note that our manufacturers are based in Europe and may  be experiencing delays due to covid.

As a result, this may result in shipping delays. Our customer service team will keep you updated. We will do everything possible to respect the commitment we've made to you.

Where Do You Ship To?

We ship to Canada and the 48 Contiguous States. We are not able to offer shipping to any PO Boxes or APO addresses unless it is linked to a street address, because the Ground service we offer does require a street address to be provided.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped,  you will receive an email with the tracking number. You may then use the tracking number to trace your order with the shipping company.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

Your furniture is shipped using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method available. We operate several local warehouses and partner with the finest delivery companies in Europe. Generally, you’ll receive your order from our professional delivery company based in your region. All our products are carefully shipped using a preferred service to provide you with the best delivery experience possible.

Our typical delivery time is approximately 4-6 weeks for in stock items and 8-10 weeks for custom orders, from the date you placed your order. In the case of a backorder or delay, we will notify you immediately and work tirelessly to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Please note that exact delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. Our contracted delivery company will call you when they are prepared to schedule your delivery.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Yes, that is possible. If you need to change the address you'd like your products delivered to, send an email to info@baresihomedeco.com and we'll update your details. You can do this at any time before your items are dispatched for delivery.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, you will be notified via email.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

Due to current circumstances, some deliveries will be contactless and delivered to your doorstep only. Where possible, some room of choice deliveries can be made with the customers permission. As usual our delivery companies will still book this delivery in with you
